Like it or not, grads from the Ivy League schools (and their British equivalents) step directly into positions of power when they graduate. The Harvards, Yales, and Oxfords are the places where the theories about how and when to use power are developed in the next generation. Its almost all Harvard and Yale grads who designed our economic and political system. (Doing a great job, eh?
