Not Pizza Hut.
I liked them. You could get a potato platter, which was a slightly smaller pizza with a baked potato and coleslaw. They had shakers with chili flakes and herbs on the tables. They started doing this 1p for a pizza token thing that I think led to their downfall. You bought one pizza but the second one was 1p if you had a token. They had a great salad bar too.
I have fond memories of them. I thought their pizzas superior to Pizza Hut. I don’t know if I’d still rate them, but I remember going with a raging hangover on a Sunday afternoon before going to the pictures. Great times.
