Yeah, the revamped version called 'Fog', but from another gig - the original version was far better IMO. The 2+2=5 recording on there is from one of the gigs I attended, I've also got a CD of all the out takes from the I Might Be Wrong recordings (which were largely taken from their South Park gig in Oxford)

Anyway..... back to pixies trashing nirvana!

nirvana all the way. Love pixies especilly surfa rosa but nirvana were one of the first decent bands i got into and can do no wrong(other then with a shotgun)

Pixies.

Nirvana had there moments and some great songs. Kurt was very good at articualting the fears and desires of a self obsessed slacker stuck in some almighty teenage sulk. Which is fine as far as it goes.

But pixies had many more moments and many more great songs + far more emotional and musical range and more interestnig lyrics and a wider and wilder range of subject matter and a SENSE OF HUMOUR ( 'a what?' says Kurt).

Nrivana - good - occasionally great.

Pixies - sublime, genius, brilliant.
