Nah.
They're sounding great, getting along, having fun and making money. they all do other stuff to keep 'em busy, why not do it now and then?
they've nixed new recordings so there's none of the pressure and stresses that might bring about either, I reckon they could manage another couple of tours yet.

I haven't had my CD yet or an email saying it's on the way or owt. Anyone seen any of the Brixton gigs knocking about online? I've tried Soulseek and Isohunt.

They gave them out straight after the gig last night. Listening to mine now!

I reckon that'd get quite dull.
although Trompe Le Monde would be ace, I've always thought it's a bit like a gig recorded in the studio - it just seems to roar from one end to the other without letting up. I think most everyone would agree it's their worst album and as such it's really underrated I think. listen to it again. It might not be surfer rosa but it's still a great record.

I hear what you're saying but would still LOVE to see them do those songs live - since the reformation we've barely had anything from those two performed for our entertainment
...and yes tis an under-rated album, for me the least immeidate but ultimately still as rewarding as the rest

I wouldn't bother with Bossanova but I'd be first in the queue for tickets for a Trompe Le Monde gig - I love that album (almost) as much as Doolittle and Surfer Rosa....

Totally agree. Trompe Le Monde's a great album imo, very underrated. 'The Sad Punk' is one of my favourite Pixies songs. I'd love to see them do that live.

Got my CD of the gig now and it sounds as good as I remember it. I don't go to anything like the amount of gigs I used to but this really was something special. Couple of weeks ago now but it still gets me grinning when I think about it.
