i gave up buying cds cos of mp3s tbh, except the super cheap ones, most of the stuff i listen to is put up by people free to download anyways tho, and i'd still be buying records from record shops if i had any decks
tbh if hmv etc went bankrupt i wouldn't be that arsed, thank fuck this whole superstar culture is under threat imo.

Try thinking about stuff before you post next time, rather than hopelessly bleating the industry's official line wrapped up in a load of gibberish (and just as much name-calling, you twat). Perhaps you won't make such a laughing stock of yourself... perhaps.
I've downloaded quite a bit of music in my time that frankly I would never had the opportunity to lissen to because I ain't got the money to buy it.
In the past I've bought hundreds of records, tapes and CD's whilst I've had the cash. Sadly these days I havn't got it. My choice is lissen to nothing new or rob it off the net.
So robbin it is. Maybe if in the past record labels didn't charge such outragous prices I'd have more money left to spend now. but they didn't so fuck 'em.
I've had the chance to hear artists that would have otherwise passed under my radar and if they're good enough I may pay to see them live, or very occationally buy vinyl copies.
I also go to free parties when i can. Is lissening to the music being played there theft as well?
I've heard your music wishface, and it's not bad or offensive. It's far removed from Wigfield or any such tripe, but you wouldn't be one of the artists I'd pay to see.
