It's probably already been noted, but if any of you ever go to Italy and eat out, don't use your hands, it's considered incredibly rude to not use cutlery in a restaurant.

Sicily is different.They sell it for breakfast/mid-morning snack by the slice in Sicily.

Well, exactly.
But in any case, although I eat my pizza with cutlery, I wouldn't force it upon anyone else. Eat it how you like; it's your pizza.
