I've been at a table with a group of people at the Pizza Express at Hyde Park Corner where they all ate their burgers with knives and forks. I thought about it in the name of not upsetting everyone with my caveman like table manners but then thought fuck it, that's ridiculous and picked my up with my fingers. Other diners on my table ate their pizzas with cutlery too.

I have also witnessed someone eat a banana with a knife and fork. I know some stuck up cunts

When a friend and I were in rural Thailand (Issan actually) we went to a newly opened KFC.

All the Thai people stopped eating and watched us as we picked up our food with our fingers and eat it....

Here's a crazy idea: eat your food whatever way feels comfortable for you. And don't make stupid fucking judgements about people on the basis of whether they do/don't use cutlery.

I, for example, eat pizza with my fingers. But when I have it on a plate with other stuff, I use the knife and fork that are already in my hands. Or sometimes, I stack my burgers with fucking loads of stuff that will just explode out of the other end if I take a bite with bap in my hands, so a kife and fork is the only option. Other times, I have a burger with a splash of ketchup and a slice of cheese, and fingers are the way to go. Fuck's sake people - get a grip. Horses for course, innit?

As I've already pointed out, the Italians eat pizza with a knife and fork in restaurants. Pizza Hut pizza is for hands - Italian style pizza is better with a knife and fork.

I have just realised that I must be doing it wrong- I use a knife and fork to cut up my pizza, and then pick up the bits with my fingers to eat them. Under most circumstances, anyway. I reckon if I was in a classy establishment (though why I'd be ordering pizza in such a place is beyond me) I'd probably just stick to knife and fork.
