Pet rats...?

I took one of mine for a walk ( I walked he sat on my shoulder ) into town once and he terrified a woman in the market

I've been told that generally it's the male rats who wee all over the place because it's all about scenting.

Don't know if that ties in to other people's experiences?

well my housemates at uni had 4 lady ratties and they all left trails of wee everywhere. They dont piss huge puddles of the stuff all the time but seem to dribble a bit as they walk
