Pervert wanks over sleeping commuter on Brixton train

Its stating the obvious that people should keep an eye out for themselves in public but its not always possible to be vigilant. When I was toward the end of a course of radiotherapy last year I was always falling asleep on the bus back from the hospital. Happily I was not spunked on.

i was groped a few years ago in an alley lol in broad daylight - i didnt report it to the police and at the time i was quite scared and possibly overreacted a bit

this guy came up to me and started talking to me, he asked me if i wanted to go to a party at his house and i was like ... erm, i dunno
and then he started to ask me all these questions like whether i had a mobile number, whether i had a boyfriend, and so on - then he put his hands on my bum! and asked if he could kiss me

i ran away straight away and still cant work out if he was just a bit of an idiot who didnt have any luck with girls (he was aroumd my age and if it is the same guy apparently had a bit of a reputation for constantly trying to flirt when he was working in the co-op) or whether it was something more sinister

i laugh about it now, but hmm...

How do they know that he was commiting a sexual act on himself in that churchyard for two hours ? That must mean someone must have watched him then after a couple hours gone "oh well, best call the cops"

Or CCTV footage?

It's rather more serious a matter than some folk seem to think, to be honest.

Many sex offenders have a tendency to start off with relatively minor offences such as flashing, indecent exposure, groping strangers and so on, only to advance to more serious and possibly violent offences as they grow in confidence and the more minor offences begin to lose their fascination. The offender can become bored and look for something more serious instead.

What starts off as relatively minor criminal acts, and wanking over a stranger in public without their consent is a pretty unpleasant act, IMHO, can (though not necessarily will) lead to the offender graduating to much bigger (and worse) things later on in their career.

Exactly.

It sounds a bit of a laugh, but I bet this was a seriously unpleasant experience. The first time I was flashed at I was about 11 and on a escalator, and the guy on the step above me trned around and practically stuck his dick in my face - nasty, but not particularly traumatic. The second time, when the guy was on the tube with me upset me more - firstly I was trapped and secondly he had such a horrible expression on his face that it really freaked me out - I couldn't get his look out of my mind for ages.

It seems the man in question is stepping up the career ladder.

As she awoke she noticed a viscous fluid on her clothing and couldn't initially work out what had happened to her." The dancer got up to get off the train at Penge East and noticed Hatcher sitting directly behind her chair.

It was only when walking down the platform she noticed more of the sticky substance in her hair and over her handbag.

From the way it's described, it sounds like the accused was possessed of an unusually large amount of ejaculate.

Seems like the American way is to sue the transportation carrier:

Rapists (of the stalking not date variety) usually start their careers as flashers. I hope the judge bears that in mind when removing this fucker from the streets.

Was there no-one else in the carriage who might have noticed what was going on? Can't remember a time when I've been the only one on a late night train home.

And how did this person ever become a journalist?

"Entering the train she fell asleep. She became aware of a physical presence with her physical personal space.

"When becoming aware of the physical presence she did then wake, didn't immediately see anyone but seemed to sense someone behind her"

Can't imagine that any of the journos in the nationals will be losing sleep over them forging a path up the career ladder.

Attempted rape! I hope you reported it to the Gendarmerie Nationale

Attempted rape , lol, nah, nowhere near that serious. I was in a foreign country and preferred just go on with the holiday and forget about it/have a bit of a laugh, I was quite disturbed and shocked though when it happened.

In hindsight I probably should have reported it though but I had no proof and I have a feeling that they might not have been too sympathetic to a british tourist reporting something like that ...
