well.

yes and no. If we think someone's just being a wanker (like, someone who brought Metal Machine Music ) we probably wouldn't play it, but luckily people are generally more considerate. Other than that, we tend to let people vote with their feet. If someone gives us a disc with 5 minutes of metallic grinding on it, it might last 2 minutes.
