there are lots of little streets/car parks etc within estates that are private, as well as garden areas, grass bits, bin yards etc etc.

But they don't mean running round inside building as far as i can tell, no.

If they're sprinting through public spaces avoiding the "cops" it's only a matter of time before they collide with a pram or small child.

I am just suspicious of these kind of stories that appeal to knee-jerk reactions but might have malign purpose behind them.
