I hate to say this but the police are not just a random group of individuals who just happen to rock up at the same time, coincidentally all wearing the same outfits, all wanting to Fight Crime. "Hey guys, who would have thought that would happen? Bob, you've got pepper spray too! Bill, you're wearing the same helmet as me!
