Pastrami

Tis in the oven will be out at 920 tonite.It looked amazing going into the oven. First I covered it in smoked parika, then ground corinader then sprinkled it with chilli flakes and then covered it all ion cracked pepeprcorns. Have done the first twoi today, still have two in brine, just in case these dont work I sill have two to play around with!!
 
Just had my tea, pastrami on ciabatta with honey mustard, absolutely bloody fantatsic. did have some yesterday and was disappointed, but a days rest has done wonders!
