I think it's over 100 sovs for a peak return Bristol TM-Paddington. Mental.

It's occasionally worth checking for a train through Salisbury and into Waterloo, although the wait at Salisbury can be a pain.

Yes you can do that for £30 or so off peak return (or £10 each way if you book ahead) but in my experience its not worth the hassle as journey is 3 hours compared to 1 hour 30 mins on Paddington route
