Our cat has gone missing

Awww Ms T. How horrible :(
I still get 'twinges' about our one who was run over a few months ago. I know it's a tiny consolation but at least you aren't constantly wondering where she is now.

Take care x

I'm really sorry to hear about Lottie.
I remember reading your posts whe you first had her, I think you wrote that she was much more timid than the kitten.
At least she was loved and had a good home, thanks to you.

Very sorry to hear your news. Poor Lottie :(

I hope you and Hendo and Harvey are not missing her too badly.

:( :( :(

I'm so sad for you. Poor Lottie. I only hope that she is playing around in the giant catnip factory in the sky... and she was lucky to have had a happy ending to her life.

(((Ms T and Hendo and Harvey)))

Sorry to hear about your cat :(

At least you gave her the love and kindness she deserved before she dies, try to take comfort from that.

so sorry to hear about this :(
I was hoping she'd turn up safe and sound, this really is terrible news
(((mrs t and hendo)))

Haven't been online so just learnt this from a phone call from hendo.
:(
She was a dear little cat, very pretty, albeit shy, but she had gained confidence and had gone from fearful and semi-feral to a timid but content household cat. You gave her a happy (bacon-laced) time.

Sorry to hear this sad news. I'd been thinking alot about Lottie the last couple of days and was hoping against hope that she would turn up a bit dirty and hungry but otherwise okay.

Like others have said you did give her a good home and her life with you was happy and secure which was demonstrated in her growing confidence around humans.

Sad times for you. :(

Best wishes

Damned sorry to hear this. i was very hopeful she'd turn up again. :(

Really sad news.

She'll be in cat heaven missing you too & thanking you for the lovely, happy life you gave you.

big hugs
H xx

Very sorry to hear that. This is the big fear of all cat owners. My older cat runs a mile at the sound of cars but you are always afraid that something will chase them onto the road. At least she had a good home though.

Sorry to hear that Ms T. I too have been checking back on this thread hoping for happy news. It does sound like her time with you was an immensely happy one. Mog, Meg and Pogue pass on feline condolences.

:(
Very sorry to hear your news. Poor Lottie. And poor you.

But at least you know now, and sometimes it's better that way, rather than spending the rest of your life wondering and worrying and waiting for her to come home.

So sad this was the ending.... :(

(((Ms T and Hendo)))

And of course, (((Lottie)))

As you say though, you gave a cat with a tough life probably the best 18 months it had, and you both made such a difference to her, as I'm sure she did to you. Its always really sad to lose a little furry companion, especially in such a sudden way after a short period of time, but she touched your lives while she was around, as you did her.

oh no no no! I just logged in especially to check for news on Lottie, I had been holding out hope there would be a happy ending.

Despite the fact I don't know you I really fell for little Lottie from her sad story and lovely pictures of her hiding in the garden. This is so, so sad.

All my sympathies to Ms T and Hendo, this must be heartbreaking for you :(

Losing Lottie has deeply upset Ms T so all these messages of support are much appreciated.
Thanks to everyone who's has a good thought.
