I asked the estate manager from the Housing Association about this and that's why I thought it would be okay. Basically because he said it would. I will bring it up again at the next meeting...
mmmmm I dont think hes right... Ive just been involved in a small private party, held on private land, no bar etc less than 200 people and it needed a licence from the local council.... Its worth checking rather than relying on mr housing assoc bods advice... he isnt the licencing dept of the council
