Online tool for signing open letter?

My union is organising an open letter for staff in our dept. to sign in support of the industrial action our outsourced cleaning staff are currently involved in. Does anyone know of any online tools that would help with this?

Something like Change.org or 38 Degrees, but I get the feeling those are more for 'campaigns' that you want to spread to anyone, rather than an open letter within a small (relatively) group of people? Happy to be corrected on that though.

    Cheers :)

Saying email x@x.com to add your signature usually works ime. X@x.com simply an example btw.

Or of course it could get physically passed round for signature

We operate across 6 different sites across north and south London, so that's not exactly practical in this instance.

Aye, that was our first thought, I just thought using an online tool might be a little easier, as then we wouldn't have to manually log each 'signature'. I imagine it's what we'll do if we can't find any other solution though.

Six copies circulating one at each site

Or set up a (private) blog post where people can add their names, if it could be protected by password shared among potential signatories
