One Time Wonders - The Earworms You Heard Just Once That Lasted For Decades

Heard this in a bar many years ago. It pops into my head still. Haven't looked it up before, and turns out I remember the words wrong. I remember it as 'Si tú te vas... me quedaré solo'. Prefer my version.

Heard a tunce once on an advert thing for Radio 1 in Ibiza about 6 years ago. Unforgettable and the style sounds exactly like Redshape. I went through every Redshape tune listed on Discogs and didn't find it. Then after telling Ruti about it in Fishco a few months ago I stumbled on it in a mix on SoundCloud that week. It turns out I had the mp3 on my computer from years back!

Unfortunately I was pissed and didn't write the name down and I have too many mp3s to even begin to know where to look for it.

Annoying as fuck. :(

apropos of nothing, stevie wonder is in britain this weekend playing a gig to which I do not have tickets. Imagine my wrath. You can't even buy them anymore cos its sold out. So annoying. I'll be reduced to listening to a live album instead.

There's a rock song, right, and somewhere in the middle it's got the main theme from swan lake played slowly by a very distorted guitar. It's not heavy metal or anything because I don't listen to that garbage, so what is it?

For some reason I have an inkling it might be Sublime but I can't find it anywhere.

I have been listening to nothing but Stevie Wonder for about a week now. Trouble is you get to a point where you've listened to so much of it you can no longer go back to inferior artists like...ooh...everyone else who ever lived :(

its the rule of funk, WWSS. That 'Get Lucky' tune has been spinning on the radio quite heavily and its good, but its not the man

what album(s) Frank?

Sir Duke was ruined for me for a few years cos a mate had it as his bong tune, had to have it played just after he'd had his first bong. most weeknights for months on end

anyway...
