Awesome!
I went to Borough Market today and I bought a piece of aged Morbiet, a piece of some artisnal British cheese called Woodside Red and some Caerphilly.
I shal enjoy these this evening with some ridiculously expensive bread and some coppa ham.

Probably got about 2kg in the fridge - mix of mature cheddar and crumbly cheese (might be Wensleydale). :)

Watch out for the risk of having a cheese baby. :hmm:
