Pick yourself up a copy of Electronic Sound magazine ad you get it free. It's not a bad mag, I'd not read it before. The album has lots of Luke farting about with seventies electronics. It's quite entertaining.

I went to see Electric Six last Thursday. They were really pretty rubbish, but I was gobsmacked by how many people still seem to really, really, like them. And that they've released twelve albums! Or thirteen, the singer chap seemed a tad confused.
dude, Wheatus played round the corner from me the other month and they sold the venue out.
I don't believe many of those people actually liked wheatus, they just remember throwing up next to the pool table while 'teenage dirtbag' was playing, and want to be reminded of being young and thin.
I only have Fire, and it is a very fun half hour. I haven't heard any of the follow-ups, but surely their peak is Jacques Lu Cont's remix of Danger! High Voltage.
Half Man Half Biscuit - Urge for Offal
Carter USM - Straw Donkey... the Singles
I haven't listened to the latter for a year or so, but I can still recite virtually every lyric. Sad? Perhaps.
