Omelettes or scrambled eggs?

So which is better, omelette or scrambled egg?

My omelettes usually turn into scrambled eggs anyway

And mine. Top tip for sounding like you intended to make scrambled all along: call it "Omelette Échouée".

Which means failed omelette, but sounds like a proper gourmet dish 'cause it's in French. :D

Neither, that's the weird thing

The last time I broke a tooth was eating salad. My teeth don't seem to like soft stuff

I've realised what the problem is. I put a cheerful '!' after scrambled eggs, it makes them seem jaunty and upbeat. That's why all these bastards are voting for them.

I'm going to lose my poll and it's all my own fault :(

Scrambled as overall the egg is lighter cooked.

Anyone who knows how to make a proper omlette will know to fold it off the pan and this way you still have very lightly cooked egg but only in the middle.

Whenever the egg goes to a solid consistancy it's ruined. Your scrambled eggs should be just beyond sauce when it leaves the pan.
