NEW YORK—More than two decades after the breakdancing craze peaked, the first data on its long-term health effects was published Tuesday in the Strong Island Journal Of Medicine. "We've found permanent shoulder pop, elbow lock, and spin-neck in '80s-era breakdancers," said Dr. Young MD, the report's author. "For years, many subjects had thrown their hands in the air without exercising the proper care." Might be having an Old School Hip Hop night in London in the next few months, although we didn't get a great response when PK organised the last old school night. Done my fucking head in; the flyer had Old School Hip Hop & Electro all over it & still, people came & moaned that i should play some House music.

Anytime you want to do this let me know - usual deal - you get the same pub and PA for free, and I really don't give a shit if only a few turn up, as long as the beats rock... I'll leave it to you to organise DJ's etc... you might want to use your decks though, stick them in a cab...
