Absolutely. That's the traits part (discerner, responsible, empathetic etc)
I applied for something approx 12 hours ago and not heard yet 
No armoured pants, no picnics. I am wearing a suit and have my CV and references prepared and an idea of what to say. I look good and professional and I know I am capable. I just need to fine tune some of my personality traits: tempr, tolerance. But they aint goona find that out til I finish the probationary period in the job!

Deffo. In the days when I used to go to interviews I'd virtually run countries previously if my speil was true!

Well, came back. It was an interview with an agency, so registering (should have been more up front!). Nayway, I had been there before last year and there was something nagging at me as to why I didn't remeber it fondly. Then it struck! They recruit for the mob that tried to sack me but eventually had to settle with a compromise agrement. Very underhanded company and the agency disclosed to methey have recently made folk redundant and some were not paid their full redundancy, had to take a pay cut redundancy. Anyway, the bloke who made my 'agreed reference' will remember me well. I am not expecting much but I got the ball rolling and that's the main thing!

You didn't remember that they were a party to the compromise agreement!!!

It was the agency. They recurit for the mob who tried to shaft me. Either way, I have nothing to be ashamed of in that incident. I left on a compromise agreement. It's not like I was, um, sacked
Well I thought fuck it! When the agency check with the mob that gave me the compromise agreement things wont go far as the HR guy ended up looking like a twat at the end of it all.
Soooo....The agency disclosed when I met them yesterday who the company were who had the job so I have applied to them directly
