The slow-mo shot of the dog leaping from the exploding tunnel is probably one of the worst scenes ever committed to film and neatly captures the essence of the entire film.

It is a complete horror-show from start to finish and not even in the "ha-ha so bad it's good/funny" camp. Just celluloid cancer at it's most malignant.

Only Battlefield Earth tops it.
