That's lush - I loves that!

I make it a bit differently at home though....make a sorta veggie chilli and then drop a couple of eggs in the sauce to poach. Tis marvellous!

I love spicey food for breakfast.

It's just things like egg, salsa, cheese etc, inside a soft shell burrito. Works really well, actually.
