Apparently you can get them in Rough Trade Covent Garden as well (it's in the basement of Slam City Skates in Neal's Yard) :)

what kind of music is this thing?

I am so out of touch wiv da yoof... ;)
Breakcore/Hardcore/Jungle/Acid/Gabba/Noize...
Mostly not things you would expect your grandparents to enjoy, but really rather good nonetheless. :D
The kind of thing that leaves you no choice about whether you dance to it or not (well, IMO) :o
The Bangface pics site (e.g. here has some videos which would give you an idea of what that one sounds like...

Who knows what music I'll be listening to in my retirement home come 2045? :D

I can picture it now.

Loads of old bastards rocking gabba out of their magnolia painted rooms, complaining about the yoof of todays music and how it has no proper basslines :D

He he.
I've often thought to myself- "will I still be listening to gabba and speedcore when I'm 60"? I always end up thinking it all depends what the Krazy Kidz have invented by then, maybe we'll like that more :D
Although I can't see music becoming much "harder"- how much harder can music get? Moby pushed the speed boat out as far as it should go with 1000000 and Johnny Violent did similar with his "World BPM Record Attempt"; given that anything above ~900BPM produces the percept of a tone. Will they ever produce any new genres that make us fogeys-to-be go "Oooh, it's all just noise, it wasn't like that in my day, in my day we used to listen to Nasenbluten and Speedranch and it was music...!"
It does seem that older people tend to continue to like the things they liked when they were young though (actually I saw some research on this very thing recently, which basically tried to claim that your ability to assimilate new musical styles into your taste decreases with age. It was a crap experiment though, so I'm not sure how much I believe it as a cause of this phenomenon).
Hmm
sorry, I'm musing publicly :o
as you were! :)
