That is a good film, although the allegory is a tad heavy-handed imo...

Yeah definitely. Not much actually happens in Alien. It's a tension-based chiller in space.

Resurrection is the one which most resembles horror per se, with its ott gore and total lack of suspense with the audience seeing the aliens straight away.

Bloomin' awful....

Saw it play before Superman or Superman II when I was a kid and thought it was great.....a proper double treat, Superman and Saturn 3.

Saw it years later and thought - what utter shite.

I wonder what Saturn 1 & 2 were like.
