Nizim Prezentz Emancipate
On this outing Nizim will be supporting the Campaign Against Arms Trade. Joining them in raising money for this is highly skilled and renowned mixmaster Dj Food (Ninja Tune). Local hip hop funk maestro’s Shorty playing live (Gravy Records) and nizim resident band Nullbug are back for a live hip hop jam down. Other guests on the night include Diesler (Tru Thoughts), Phuturesonic Live with percussion from Patrick Dawes (Groove Armada), Saytek (Console / Kingsize), Arcane and Protest back to back Live with Dj Loca$h dropping Hip Hop, Funk, Electro, Beats, Breaks and Pieces. In the bar Izm, Tecknik-Al, LV (back from the dead), Covert, Deadmanwalkin, Muntya, and Alt Ctrl System (Make some noise) drop hip hop, roots , reggae, ragga, beatcore and minimal. All proceeds go to the Campaign Against Arms Trade. Get down early for short films from the Nizim stable as well as visuals courtesy of PreOp and Redux. Graffiti décor, clothes stalls, art stalls, awareness stalls and raffles. So get down the telegraph and shake your ass for Charity!
