linkNintendo has (as witnessed, for the disbelievers, at revolution.nintendo.com and on the company's Japanese site), rebranded their Revolution "Wii" -- so called, says the announcement, for its simplicity in any language, its "distinctive 'ii' spelling that symbolizes both the unique controllers and the image of people gathering to play," and the name's ability to set it apart from the crowd.
