I just had an egg baked in a rameken (sp) on some wilted spinach with creme fraiche, pepper, butter and topped with flaked parmesan. It was amazing. Amazing. I cannot believe I have wasted 29 years of my life not eating this! With hot buttered toast. Oh my GOD!!
