I want a Revolution Courier, I'm torn between the standard and race versions though. Any thoughts? Would the race version be any less durable?

What are you going to be using it for, mainly?
 
That's exactly what I use mine for. Same distance too. Looking at the race version, if anything some of the components are better quality, so I can't imagine there'd be durability isues.

That said, my standard courier does me fine, but watch those slick tyres on wet grass - ouch.
 
If you're using it to cycle to work, you may need to change your tagline. Or at least keep an eye out for the social ;)
 
Best to take the back brake off fen-boy.If you get into a dodgy situation and naturally jam on the back brake your legs won't have time to stop and will keep forcing the bike forward,resulting in you taking a very quick nose dive/face plant.Get rid of it slow down the pace and get use to braking with your legs.Good luck and enjoy. :cool:
