I saw Thunders at Dingwalls in about 87 - he was great. No fuck ups, bad attitude, anything. Just cool songs. Not as amazing/mind-blowing as the Dolls, but still pretty good.

NYD? Over-rated, IMO. Best song they had was given to them by Joey Ramone, anyway.

very good, not quite great, they did put on a top show though. the knock on them was that Johansen was a poor man's Jagger.
