But I'll agree on Cork.

Haha oops...Limerick is actually quite nice from what I remember but I hear there's lots of stabbings and shootings in the city these days. Not nice.

There are, but the media tends to over-report on Limerick crime for some reason. Proportionally a lot more serious crime happens in Cork, Dublin and (weirdly) Donegal, which appears to be the rape and sexual abuse capital of the country.

Hmm that's strange, must be in and around the Letterkenny area. I've only ever been to North West Donegal and it's full of traditional Irish types.

It's weird alright. I was looking at the Garda headline crime figures a few years aago and the amount of rapes and sexual assaults reported in Donegal was so much higher than anywhere else in the country. Proportionally as well as actual.

Bollocks to all the naysayers.

I think Norton is a good choice. It could have been a lot duller, with someone like Fern Cotton or Dermot O' Leary or Scott Mills or someone.
