As I find it impossible to believe that you have that much trouble understanding the word "extra", I'll just assume you are taking the piss.

You'll be talking a fraction of a watt extra to sign an e-petition. A train will use more energy the more it's loaded and that's going to be considerably more than a fraction of a watt.

You just don't like my idea cos you can't riot on an e-petition.
