Nastiest guiltiest food pleasure?

Pecans are healthy. Butterscotch is nearly fruit:rolleyes:
 
1) Fried chicken / KFC
2) Fish n chips
3) XL Bacon double cheeseburgers from burger king (with onion rings and BBQ sauce)
4) Fray Bentos pies

(3) can be overruled by eating a very tasty home made burger with stilton and garlic butter.

I eat sooo much junk :o
 
I often have cheese and onion pasties with chips, or cheesy chips. They are not nasty so I don't feel guilty. Chocolate isn't nasty either so I don't feel guilty about that.

I do feel guilty about being dragged into Burger King by my friend a couple of weeks ago. I had a chicken burger thing with chips. I know that the chicken was the bits of chicken that are nasty and so I feel guilty but I ate every crumb :cool:
 
an extreme hangover sometimes calls for a greasy meat pie.....only time i ever have one. yum. its the cure.:D
 
Chicken Kebab with minted yoghurt from the kebab van after 8 pints of Stella. Always need to remember to open all the windows in the bedroom before I go to sleep.

I can never face a donner though. That meat just looks too rotten.
 
I'm guilty of the KFC thing too...
And chips n cheese (in pitta bread if i'm really greedy!)
Crisps are my biggest weakness though
and i can't stop eating super noodles.
The best filthy thing to eat though has to be peppered salami on toast with LOTS of melted mozzerella and tommy k.... it's like a cheapskate, heart attack pizza but grief is it good!
 
Chips and crisps are probably my biggest naughtyness. As soon as I'm hungover my body starts screaming for fat soaked carbs.

And finally (and this is the worst) those Microwaveable roast dinners you get, i think it goes back to my love of plane food.:o :o :o

the first two are sporadic treats, the 2nd is verrrry rare, i promise.:)
 
I try to avoid eating too much naughty food cos it's so easy to just eat it all the time.

The stuff I consider proper junk but that I like are: crisps, Pringles, cheesestrings, Babybel, instant noodles, potato croquettes/waffles/onion rings, Frankfurters etc..

I only eat these things occasionally or rarely cos I feel hyper-aware of the colourings, flavourings, salt, sugar, fat and preservaties and lack of nutrients etc and so eating it makes me feel dirty and guilty.

Eating mayo all the time doesn't though :D
 
When you need to lose 3 stone and your waist size is catching up with your (middle) age, any food is apt to be guilt-inducing :p

I'm quite slim, very slim some might say, so I'm not worried about gaining weight (I welcome it in fact!) but too much crap (as listed in my previous post) is not good for your health, which I do think about. I am concerned about saturated fat too, having a fast metabolism means I look healthy on the outside but I could get high cholesterol - it doesn't just happen to overweight people.
