I've signed up and managed to come up with a half arsed plot on the tube home tonight.

Since my working day consists of nothing more than drinking coffee and doing fuck all I might for once manage to do something creative.

yes.. must have at least one urban meeting.. maybe we can colonize a corner of a november offline and write at each other or else arrange something for dec 1st?

having said i went this years official launch meet up on saturday afternoon and have been to several beginnings and endings before..

i really enjoy hanging out with all the sci-fi geeks, fantasy nerds and other bookish social inadequates, I felt quite at home

and it is very good fun to meet all these people who have been through the same weird and wonderful month as you

remember to have lots of different chapters, and write chapter one, chapter two, etc, there's a few hundred easy words there over the course of the 50,000

i found last year that if you keep ploughing on, the word count really gets going

don't worry about plot or characters, put loads of dialogue in, that really builds it up

i have... well the book takes place mainly inside one persons head so there is one main character but i have a fair design on at least two others and a few outline ideas for others
