Monkey - see if you can cause some kind of species-identity crisis.

At Iemnja's bday in Brockwell park a load of us thought that re-naming Zenie's dog 'Special Needs' would be quite amusing, especially if you had to yell it out in a park...

She looks really girly to me, like a Megan or something. She's so pretty. :)

Very much looking forward to watching her fill out over the next few months, I hope we get regular updates. :)

Forgot to add, she's very lovely longdog, may she make you laugh and bring you love for many years

She's lovely but I was shocked to see how thin she is....look I know you aren't exactly blessed with spare cash...will you be alright with vets fees and loads of extra food......would a 'filling out Noodle fund' be appropriate?

My last greyhound was called Meg and she was and always will be the apple of my eye. It's a lovely name for a dog and probably the one I would've gone for if it hadn't already been 'taken'.

I'll be fine, she'll cost me about what I eat in chocolate a day so I'll be doing myself and my cholesterol a favour if I give it up.

Vet's bills will be OK. I'll take her to the PDSA, they do vaccinations for £20 and speying for £30 (much as I'd like a litter of baby longdogs I don't think I could cope in a one bedroom flat :D ).

Awww...she's lovely longdog :) And Noodle suits her perfectly! How's Badger taking it?

Cheers. There'll be more 'doting father' pictures later when I get some more batteries for the camera.

Badger seems a bit pissed off so I'm fussing him up as much as possible. Problem is I've run out of ginger nuts

Oh the horror

:D

OMG... she's so lovely.

Can't believe how thin she's become though... how the hell could anyone allow that to happen?

Noodle seems most appropriate for her... such a sweetie!

aww she is just gorgeous! Noodle is the perfect name.

sooo thin :(...I'm sure you'll fix that in no time.

I'd happily contribute to a 'filling out Noodle fund' :D

I like noodle. She's the right colour and she's thin enough :D

I suppose I'd better get off in to town and get her a lead and a food bowl :)

Expect more photos later :)

Congratulations longdog!

Noodle's nice - but I like Saffron too :)

edit: she's so thin :( I'm glad you got her in time
