The other pair he bought, red with white stars were more MANLY but I can't find a link.
It's been cold and wet here for months now and any extra comfort/warmth when taking the dogs out is very welcome.
He has a rule that he won't wear performance fabrics or clothing. Not his styleI'd probably be more inclined to get something like this at Mountain Equipment Co op.

they do have a tendency to encourage the growth of fungi if you sleep in them as well as wearing in the day time).

I've had a slight fungal infection that comes and goes (not in the groin area but on my upper calf) it took me quite some time to realise it appeared in winter with the thermals and wearing of.So I figured from that if you wore them continuously you'd possibly be consumed by fungal infections.
One winter when I was about 15 I went to football and one of the lads mentioned he had borrowed his mum's tights for under his jeans. We never let him hear the end of it.

Loads of blokes wear tights on the building sites during the winter... not usually something they like to broadcast![]()

These look erm, interesting but I doubt they do a lot to keep you warm.
Yeah, posting a photo of me in a car park last week.I didn't know they existed until he bought them. He also bought a pair of red cotton and lycra long johns with white stars on them and a pair of red merino wool long johns.
He's going to be warm this winter.
Do any other men here have man tights? Or is my old man a sucker for good marketing?

It's just him![]()
