My doggy is very poorly

I'm so sorry about your doggy xes. It was a long, long time ago now but I'll never forget our bearded collie dying. That was at christmas too (knocked down xmas eve). :(

I know it's a cliche but pets really are part of the family and it's a huge loss when they go. :(

thanks again everyone, yeah it is heartbreaking. And I know I've done the right thing,it just really doesn't feel like it at the moment.Every time I looked at him,I found it hard to fight back the tears. To think, that on friday he seemed fine. But I guess there were signs that things were wrong, him going to the toilet on the patio instead of going into the garden,I attributed to his sight going. Prehaps it was because of this.

maybe tomorow, things'll look a little brighter. For now,my comfort is my JD,my weed and my partner (who's rubbish, cos when I cry,he cries cos I'm upset  (he's done this a few more times than me)

((xes)) N&B xx

so sad xes :( sounds like you had a good life together, RIP toby.

not all clouds have silver linings but its heart warming to think that toby has now left room in your heart and home for another little doggy..:)

aw mate , woke up this am before work came straight here to hope id find some good news :(

(((((xes and toby))))

really sorry for you....

the last thing he saw was me,as i gently placed his head down and he closed his eyes. :(

Goodbye, you little star, thank you for everything.

OMG, I'm so sorry.

You've carried out the final act of love for your beautiful doggy. It's such a fucking hard thing to do, but the right thing.

Me & Stella are thinking of you.

(((((xes)))))

Gutted...still miss our mutt 5 years on....think positive and to the life you gave him and the life you will give to the next one....:(

it may seem early, infact it does. But we're on our way up to the bluecross to see of they have a suitable little man to come and live with us.

It could well be some little doggys lucky day.

Oh Xes :(

You know you did the right thing, he's in a special place now, but it doesn't stop it hurting does it?! :(:D

Thoughts are with you this Christmas and I know you'll make another dogs life very special, Toby would be proud ;)

that's really good to hear xes. best of luck, hope you find the right doggy for you :)

just got back, there was a couple of candidates, but they seemed reluctent to rehome them with our other dog,as he's fairly senior. Ronny is now scouring the yellow pages for kennels  He wants one NOW. :D (bless)

thank you all once again for putting up with me last night,I was a dribbling mess. I still am,but I'm not as bad as I was. You lot are great (sometimes ;) )

Glad you are feeling slightly better - when my Tilly died I was in bits, but I found throwing myself into the process of rehoming another dog helped a lot (as you are now doing:cool:)
Have you tried the Dogs Trust in West London? They work very hard to match their dogs with the right people/enviroment. However it's worth bearing in mind that a lot of the dog rehoming centres won't be too keen to rehome their dogs over the christmas period..

you know what , for a bunch of fuckers , we can be really nice sometimes ( i remember how nice you lot were when i went through this.... )

:) merry xmess to everybody , and heres another ((((((xes))))) for ya, hope you find some happiness this xmas :)
