I remember when my mum rang me at uni to tell me Charlie had been put down - apparently they came home and he was walking round and round in circles

Very sad, but also laughter inducing - he was a Springer Spaniel and it was just the sort of daft thing you would have expected from him.

I always take it as a sign that there's another pooch in need of a good home,when ever we loose a pet. You'll never replace Badger,and I know you don't want to. But another 4 little legs will make things good once again.

Argh, I really feel for you. We had to do the same with our beautiful 14yr old German Shepherd a few years ago. So sorry for your loss.
