My chicken tastes too dry!

They're not going to absorb tomato juices after cooking though?!?!

In the main, chicken breasts are meat for people who don't like meat. Makes me sad to think of all the noble chickens that get wasted to feed our craze for solidish lumps of pure, unveiny blandness.

Chicken breasts are for lazy curries, kievs and deep frying in my book.
 
Please tell me that you seal the breasts first in a pan on a high heat first to brown the outside. Otherwise flavour be nowhere.

I don't no. I only ever use it for sandwich or salad meat though and it always tastes fine to me.
