i am very sorry to hear that, a gang did similar things in my neighbourhood, the thing is though, the media never covered it all and there wasn't the usual call out from the Left, etc, etc you get when BEM's are attacked in such ways.

Why?

The BNP were involved in electioneering at the time in the area of the first example, so I would have welcomed media coverage of that, but there was none. It was a politically motivated attack, the perpetrators thought he was BNP. My brother, before he died was an anti-racist, with very short hair just walking home. The second example was at work, so reported to the police. Name calling is not big news, unless you're a celebrity.

Don't be fooled by BNP propaganda on the reporting of racially motivated crime.

His murder was taken up by the BNP, only because no one on the left shown any interest in his death.

A number of young Muslim men got a few months inside for their part in his murder. No one was, all ever has been convicted for his murder.
Now, I wonder if that had been a young Muslim lad who had been kicked to death by white lads, and no one convicted for murder, if the SWP would not have been all over that case like a rash.

But, theres people in my town who've taken part in far worse violence than this and got the usual 1,2 or 3 years in jail.

Sadly, if you kick someone to death with a few people, a murder conviction very much depends on witnesses coming forward stating you kicked the said victim a number of times in the head or with such vicious intent that murder was an appropiate charge.

Mohsin Raza, one of the alledged attackers, WAS charged with murder but was acquitted after he got witnesses to say he was working down the local takeaway. Local asians will know whether these lads killed Gavin.

Initially police charged eight men including Raza with murder but the charges against them were withdrawn before they came to trial.

Raza, was later re-charged in March 2003 after two of the suspects agreed to make statements implicating him.
Mohammed Zubair, aged 23, later testified against Raza after charges against him of murder, rioting in Oldham and an unrelated offence of rape were dropped. [does anyone else find this very strange?].

So, the only person who could be done for murder, actually 'wasn't there'. But, remember, theres white lads getting away on these charges by the day. White communities cover up killers and so do the Asians. ALL racist attacks are wrong.

The filthy Islamophobble kuffar Crown Court in Chelmsford has convicted the poor persecuted Mr Ramjanally in his absence and has sentenced him to a term in prison.

Jail term for Muslim leader's false kidnap claim

A Muslim community leader who claimed he was abducted by British National Party members has been found guilty of perverting the course of justice.

Noor Ramjanally, 36, of Loughton, Essex, was given a two-year sentence in his absence after failing to attend Chelmsford Crown Court.

Ramjanally had complained of having accelerant poured through his letterbox prior to being "kidnapped" last August.

He was given a two year sentence, half in custody, half on licence.

Ramjanally, now thought to be in his native Mauritius, told police he feared for his life when he was kidnapped by two men in broad daylight from his home in Loughton last August and bundled into the boot of their car.

I wonder whether Mr Ramjanally will come back to serve his sentence or just stay in Mauritius and so deprive us of any more of the kultrul enrichment he brought.
