http://holyfuckingshit40000.blogspot.com/ is a good music blog. You can download the stuff from there too (FLAC) which I'm not entirely sure how they get away with. 
I recommend Programmed by Innerzone Orchestra which is about the third post on there presently if you scroll down a bit. Great album.

The Quietus - Music, film, culture etc. Aims to be more high brow than Pitchfork but is pretty much a hipster site really
