They don't smell of anything beyond very faintly mushroomy, as far as I can tell. Pretty certain the "different" one was actually a small one like the others that had just been bashed about a bit or something.

They're just very slightly pinky-purple tinged, was most noticeable inside the stem when I picked the one from my earlier pics up again and it snapped

There have been a lot of usually autumn-fruiting mushrooms starting to come up early around here, I think they've got a bit confused because of the incessant downpour of rain for nigh on a month now.
