Idiots. I've dealt with people like that before. Just because they think its a handy tool they want to use it for everything...

They're not idiots. They're a small business who need to be able to customise a simple brochure template without needing to buy or learn any new software. They sell holiday homes in Turkey, why the fuck should they have to muck around with design packages when Word will do the job for them?

I designed the background in photoshop... the only things done in word are the overlayed images and the text boxes.
