Mrs M gets kittens!

Excellent news. And despite maybe being separated from their Mum at 6 wks, they've obviously learnt to wash anyway. :D

Ah, right....despite tech help from blues I've fucked up :o
When I opened my photo hosting account I couldn't find the pics at all....it's because I didn't scroll down :o

In my defence it isn't early onset senility, I'm on really strong antibiotics that make me feel weird and wretched and I can't even have a glass of wine, or even a liqueur chocolate

They look really relaxed for new arrivals too :)
I cannot praise the rescue centre enough. The kittens were flea-free, wormed, vaccinated, socialised and the place was spotless and pong-free.

They came from a farm in Wales and were taken to a rescue centre in Wiltshire. They were really relaxed on the train back to Paddington. I then cabbed it back to Brixton because i was tired and couldn't face the tube with luggage and kittens.

I too appear to have acquired a small black and white son of Satan. Covered in fleas, can scale vertical surfaces, and eats like a horse. It's causing chaos with my 2 old boys, and I've no idea where it's come from.
I'm going to put a flea collar on him tomorrow, and see if that sparks anyone to claim him.

*raises hand* :D:D:D send him to brum!

Awww - I'm glad I didn't start work at 10 (as I promised myself) because I wouldn't have seen the pics of the little, squishy kitty lovelies to brighten up my day. Thanks Mrs M :)

What'll happen if I bring Badger again?

He'll get attacked by a cat and not be able to run away over the polished floor :(

:D

I'd be very careful about advertising the fact that you have cute kittens. there are well known potential kitten abductors on these boards. I won't mention any names....

Sadly, it's now kitten singular. Cecil suddenly stopped thriving and got the runs. I took him to the vets on Thursday, got various medications for him which he was OK about taking, although subdued, he was eating and drinking, using the litter tray and despite his special food from the vet which he ate with relish, he got up at about 1am and nicked a bit of Busters nosh. This morning he just died, on the sofa with Buster curled up beside him. Buster is absolutely fine. The vet offered to do a post mortem, but there doesn't seem any point. Little kittens sometimes die...
:(

He was a dear little scrap, very friendly. I feel really bad for my son. For years he hassled for a cat, which he had always wanted to call Cecil. Until we moved here 3½ years ago, we didn't have a suitable home for a cat.
