ANNOUNCEMENT:
Goodbye Los Angeles.
It’s been an incredible experience & 13 years of pure magic. You’ve been so much fun to live in. Amazing weather, amazing produce, amazing arts, design & fashion culture, superb restaurants, great nightlife, friendly rave people, LA really does have it all.
Leaving my home city of London to immigrate to Los Angeles was a huge challenge for me back in late 2009 as London was the most amazing success story for me. Growing up there as a rebellious kid & going on to do so much with my music, labels, events, the Shamen, Kiss FM, The End & Superfreq etc. did make me feel somewhat attached to the city. My ego didn’t want to let it go. So leaving was a tough & scary challenge, but an exciting one that I had to take, especially after losing my mum & closing The End as there wasn’t so much stopping me taking that huge step. I certainly needed the change.
I’ve since lived very well in Los Angeles in a wonderful home in the hills of Echo Park. I’ve made some wonderful friends, some who are now family to me, especially my Chelsea family & a handful of clubbing friends who I’ll treasure for the rest of my life. Thank you all so much for enriching my life in so many ways, I am eternally grateful for all the love, good times, wonderful friendship & support that many of you have given to me. Thank you all so much.
Now for a new beginning back home in London. My management are in the U.K, my team are in the U.K, most of my fan base & DJ work is in the U.K. & EU where they total get my sound, so living 5000 miles away no longer makes sense. My family & extended friends network is in London, along with some amazing opportunities, so it’s time to come home. Needless to say I’m coming home to enjoy quality time with family, friends & loved ones, but also to continue to focus on my own well being & embrace new & exciting projects. I’m coming to work smart, not hard & get my sticky little fingers into every pie imaginable. I’m coming armed with the “Force” & it will be unleashed. To say I’m excited is an understatement. I’m coming home bitches!
