Mozilla Thunderbird: not as good as I thought

2.0 version?

I'm running 1.5.0.9 which, according to the update feature and the Thunderbird website, is the latest possible version.

Is there a Beta 2.0 that i'm not aware of?

have you tried the Mail Client in the new version of Mozilla SeaMonkey...?

Its the same thing as thunderbird 2 I think.

This thread has finally got me round to sorting out and merging all the email I have dotted around on differ puters. Thunderbird is very good at importing from outlook etc and its dead simple to copy thunderbird emails between PCs. I'm tempted to upload the lot to gmail when im done though (so I dont have to worry about backups etc).

I'm using gmail for my main urban75 account and it does a chuffin' superb job of filtering out spam.
