Mother f*ckin broad beanz

Good in risotto and pastas too. Particularly with ham if you're not a veggie.

It's good to take a few out and crush a few beans, before adding them back into the pasta/rice - that way you get some creamy puree mixed in as well as the whole beans

got some in my vegbox this week but no idea what to do with them!!!
I wanted them badly for my risotto

You add them and chopped asparagus stems when there's about 5 minutes remaining, then after another minute you add chopped spinach, garden peas, shaved courgette, chopped mint. At the end you add griddled asparagus tips. Nuff salt and pepper, then blob of butter on top - NOM.

TBH tho theyre great on their own, just boil em for 2 minutes in salted water, then serve w/salt n pepper and butter...

OR make falafel out of them... or some sort of bean dip...

I'll look in the market tomorrow and buy a fuckload

99p a pound they are.

absolutely love the taste of them - my mum used to grow them when i was a kid and i loved them back then.

I have a little tub of them along with my soup and sarnie at work. Even just boiled salted water, they seem to lend themselves to nibbling...:)
