We were doing just great before we were managed to death thank you very much. Now I can't sneeze without filling out a change request.

Creativity, morale, efficiency, agillity and innovation have all fallen through the floor thanks to the wonderous prince2 methodology.

Ouch I guess it goes both ways - but isn't that the case with pretty much any kind of management position? Good ones are very good for company, bad ones are awful, etc. Like I said, in our case it fucked a lot of things up having nobody to give the project direction, keep tabs on things, make sure everyone knew what was happening, etc, etc ad nauseum...
